After a one-month hiatus we’re back with a very special pop-up at The Conservatory!
We’re starting off November by welcoming Chef Rahul Gomes Pereira, also known as Chef Picu. He’s the mastermind behind celebrated restaurants like SAZ and Jamun.
The menu is a confluence of his time at these restaurants and showcases a spread of hearty Goan and Italian flavours presented with finesse. Each course is thematic recreation of some of Chef Picu’s favourite dishes, hearty and generous yet sophisticated.

About the Chef:
Rahul Gomes Pereira, popularly known as Chef Picu, is the Executive Chef and Partner of New Delhi-based Pass Code Hospitality that owns and operates renowned restaurant brands across Goa, Mumbai, Delhi, and Calcutta such as Jamun, Pings Cafe Orient, Saz Cafe, Pings Bia Hoi, Saz on the Beach, A ta Maison, and one of the country’s foremost cocktail bars PCO.
