About the Artist
Ghulam Hasan Khan (b. 2 July 1994) is an Indian classical vocalist of the Rampur-Sahaswan gharana and the great-grandson of Padma Bhushan Ustad Mushtaq Hussain Khan. He began his training at the age of 3 under his father, Ustad Ghulam Abbas Khan, and later honed his skills under his grandfather, Padma Shri Ustad Ghulam Sadiq Khan.
Ghulam Hasan Khan performed at Rashtrapati Bhawan in 2007 before President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.
He represented Indian classical music at the G20 Summit 2023 in the presence of PM Shri Narendra Modi. He is the recipient of the Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan National Award and the Sahitya Kala Parishad scholarship.
