About Shroomery
Shroomery is a year-round mushroom farm in Nuh, Haryana, cultivating the largest variety of gourmet mushrooms in India. It began in our founder Sumit’s backyard, sparked by his time living in Southeast Asia and the US, where mushrooms played a central role in the food he loved. On returning to India, he was surprised by the lack of diversity beyond button mushrooms. His curiosity led him to mushroom markets, farmers, chefs, and even to the Directorate of Mushroom Research in Solan. Today, Shroomery grows mushrooms that are both pantry staples such as shiitake, oyster, portobello, king oyster, milky, and gucchi, and globally celebrated varieties known for their texture, nutrition, and complexity, such as lion’s mane, nameko, and pioppino. We supply to homes and restaurants across the country, one harvest at a time.
