Roles
Operations:
- Lead end-to-end event coordination and operations across Courtyard and the Conservatory.
- Ensure on-ground presence during all assigned events to oversee execution.
- Proactively reach out to chefs, restaurateurs, and collaborators in the culinary space to bring compelling concepts and partnerships to life.
- Set annual and quarterly goals for the Conservatory while contributing ideas for unique collaborations.
- Review the financial feasibility of proposed events and make data-driven decisions.
- Take detailed handovers from the curation team to ensure smooth transitions and effective coordination with collaborators.
- Manage sourcing requirements for chefs and collaborators, including vendor coordination and establishing new procurement channels to support event needs.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reporting systems are implemented and adhered to.
- Organize weekly inter-team meetings for alignment across departments (facilities, valet, marketing, etc.).
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the physical space, ensuring high standards at all times.
- Manage inventory of stock, equipment, and CCG items, and ensure timely maintenance and replenishment.
- Forecast supply requirements and plan purchases accordingly.
- Track reservations and ticket sales across platforms to manage capacity and optimize guest flow.
Guest Experience:
- Prioritize a seamless and enjoyable experience for both diners and collaborators.
- Ensure top-tier service is maintained across all touchpoints during events.
- Promptly address, document, and resolve guest feedback or concerns to ensure a positive takeaway for every visitor.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in hospitality or event operations.
- Strong background in service, with a foundational understanding of beverages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A natural team leader with a problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organized and proficient in using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Culturally attuned and aware of evolving trends in food, beverage, and pop culture.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Courtyard and its sub-brands — including The Conservatory, Middle Room, W.I.P, and Naru.
- Create detailed marketing plans for the monthly event calendar, as well as tailored strategies for individual events.
- Oversee a team of marketing associates and content creators; delegate tasks, provide clear briefs, and ensure alignment across deliverables.
- Review all creative and communication outputs to ensure brand cohesiveness and consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with external partners and collaborators to co-create event-specific marketing strategies.
- Curate and maintain a special events calendar (seasonal campaigns, space takeovers, brand-led experiences).
- Define and maintain the overarching creative direction and aesthetic for all Courtyard properties.
- Identify and onboard freelance creatives (photographers, videographers, designers, stylists) on a project basis when needed.
- Manage both online and offline marketing activities on event days — ensuring visibility, engagement, and smooth execution.
- Deliver all services to the satisfaction of the management, following the rules and protocols set by the Company. Training will be provided if and when required to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of experience in marketing and strategic planning, preferably in the hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle sector.
- Proficient in design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A collaborative team player with a creative eye and sharp attention to detail.
- Solution-oriented, adaptable, and able to think on their feet.
- Up to date with cultural trends across food, beverage, pop culture, and digital media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover events across all Courtyard venues in real-time through engaging Instagram Stories — capturing moments with a strong narrative eye and attention to detail.
- Create monthly content calendars tailored to the unique voice and audience of each Courtyard space — including The Conservatory, Middle Room, W.I.P, and Naru.
- Conceptualize and produce diverse content formats — including reels, short videos, photos, and mixed media — for Instagram, WhatsApp, and our website.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute shoots for upcoming pop-ups, performances, and brand campaigns.
- Contribute moodboards, references, and content ideas in weekly team meetings to spark collaboration and creative alignment.
- Craft compelling captions and write all content copy for social media posts and digital communications.
- Carry out all assigned responsibilities efficiently, maintaining high standards in alignment with company policies and expectations. Training will be provided as needed to support growth and performance.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and other visual editing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaborator and self-starter with a proactive mindset.
- Creative, quick-thinking, and detail-oriented.
- Culturally curious and well-versed in trends across pop culture, food, music, and digital media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling Instagram carousels, stories, and digital content for all events, based on briefs from the Marketing Manager.
- Develop a complete suite of visual assets for each event — including menus, tent cards, sunboards, signage, and more — ensuring every piece of collateral, whether digital or physical, contributes to an immersive guest experience.
- Regularly update bulletin boards across all Courtyard venues to reflect ongoing and upcoming events, maintaining visual consistency across spaces.
- Execute all assigned tasks efficiently, adhering to company policies and expectations. Training will be provided where necessary to support your development and performance.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in events, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and visual communication best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight timelines.
- A team player with a proactive attitude, who stays tuned in to design, food, and pop culture trends.
