After nine years of research, Chef Shriya Shetty is convinced that breakfast isn’t
just her favorite meal—it’s Karnataka’s too. While crowd favorites dominate
menus, many unique dishes remain overlooked, where tradition and technique
quietly thrive.
At Thindi at The Conservatory, Chef Shriya goes wild with breakfast—a menu that’s
playful yet rooted in tradition. Expect bold flavors, nostalgic bites, and a touch of
eccentricity, all crafted with time-honored techniques.
