recipes and share them with the world.

Meet Chef Sandesh

The creative force in TMK’s kitchen, Chef Sandesh has been shaping its flavors for over

eight years. Originally from Roha, Maharashtra, he’s not just a master of Italian cuisine

but a food explorer, reviving forgotten recipes from his hometown with authenticity and

flair.
